Therapy Services
Our approach
Each child and family is unique and deserve a personalised approach to therapy. Our holistic, person-centered, trauma-sensitive services are designed to cater to individual preferences and needs, empowering children and families to reach their full potential in a supportive and affirming environment.

Play Therapy
Child-Centred Play Therapy is a developmentally appropriate counselling approach for children aged 3 to 12. Using the language of play, children are supported to explore their world, build confidence, and develop skills for connection and resilience in ways that feel safe, attuned, and empowering.

Filial Family Therapy
In Filial Family Therapy, parents and caregivers become active partners in their child’s therapeutic journey. Guided by play, this approach strengthens relationships, nurtures connection, and empowers families with tools to support their child in everyday life.

Creative Counselling
Creative Counselling weaves together talk therapy and expressive therapy mediums like art, music, sand tray, and drama-based therapies. This approach gives children and young people safe ways to share their inner world, explore challenges, and discover strengths in ways that feel natural and empowering to them.

Youth Counselling
Our youth counselling offers a safe, neuro-affirming space for teens and young adults to explore identity, emotions, and relationships. Through creative and trauma-informed approaches, we support young people to build on their strengths, explore their internal selves, and develop strategies that help them navigate life with confidence.

Neurologic Music Therapy
In Neurologic Music Therapy (NMT), music is used as a therapeutic tool to activate and strengthen different areas of the brain. This approach honours each child’s unique responses to rhythm and sound, creating opportunities for growth in communication, movement, regulation, and connection.

Cothú
Cothú supports parents to see their Autistic child through a new lens -one grounded in acceptance, understanding, and trust. Rather than focusing on “fixing,” it helps parents nurture confidence, reduce stress, and build stronger connections so their child can thrive as their authentic Autistic self.

Training & Community Conversations
Our team is dedicated to building understanding and creating more inclusive spaces for Autistic and neurodivergent people. We provide professional development, consultancy, and community discussions for schools, early learning centres, workplaces, and organisations, equipping them with the knowledge and strategies to better support and celebrate neurodivergent individuals.
