Youth Counselling
Our youth counselling offers a safe, neuro-affirming space for teens and young adults to explore identity, emotions, and relationships. Through creative and trauma-informed approaches, we support young people to build on their strengths, explore their internal selves, and develop strategies that help them navigate life with confidence.
Our space is here for teens and young people to show up as themselves, be heard without judgement, and explore what matters to them. Together, we support you to make sense of challenges, build on your strengths, and create a future that feels hopeful and true to who you are.

What is Youth Counselling?
Being a teenager can feel overwhelming at times. Youth Counselling offers a safe place to make sense of big feelings, difficult thoughts, and life’s challenges, whether that’s anxiety, low mood, trauma, or just feeling stuck.
Instead of focusing only on talking, we use creative and experiential approaches like expressive arts, movement, and other hands-on modalities. These give young people different ways to express themselves, process emotions, and work through experiences that can be hard to put into words.
Our approach is about doing, feeling, and relating - not just thinking. This helps teens strengthen their sense of self, find healthier ways to cope, and build connections that support them as they continue to grow and navigate life.
